Website Accessibility Statement

EAST, Miami strives to maintain compliance with the World Wide Web’s Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) on our website, and:

  • We have built our website using standard-compliant HTML and CSS.
  • We have ensured that the website content is structured in a logical manner using informative headings and labels where relevant, and are usable by customers who use assistive technology/screen readers.
  • We have provided consistent navigation across the website.
  • We have ensured that images have alternative texts and descriptive links.

In addition, we offer rooms with accessibility features, which may be booked through here.

RESERVATIONS

Our accessibility room features include ADA compliant door viewers on the entryway doors, queen-size beds that can sleep two, a roll-in shower, and two line phones with voicemail. TDD machines are available upon request.

The hotel has an ADA accessible entrance and ADA accessible ramps to all public areas including the lobby, bar, lounge and restaurant. We have 12 ADA compliant public restrooms. Guests using wheelchairs are able to roll in and roll out of elevator and reach the elevator buttons on their own. If anyone requires assistance, please let the staff know.
